THE LILY

The Lily Package is our 'Day of Coordinating' package. Meaning: the client has their venue and the majority of their vendors booked for the big day, but just needs a little more assistance to pull it all together! 

​

Services include:​

​

• Unlimited vendor referrals (within the budget and style), along with unlimited phone and email communication with the coordinator after the deposit and contract are received​

• The Coordinator will talk through the timeline with you, and finalize the timeline with your vendors

• The Coordinator will meet with you one month before, at the reception location, to walk through the floorplan, finalize the timeline, and go through the decor

• At the scheduled rehearsal, the coordinator will be responsible for running the rehearsal. this includes; summarizing the events of the ceremony, lining up the bridal party, and a run-through (how ever many times needed) of the processional and recessional.

• The coordinator will pick up the final decor elements at the final meeting, rehearsal, and/or the morning of the event

• The Coordinator will the first to arrive and the last to leave your event

• The Coordinator will pack all the personal belongings, of the clients, into designated vehicles or  the room at the end of the event

• After the final meetings with the clients, the Coordinator will become the main contact for all the vendors and distribute the timeline and responsibilities

• The Coordinator will reach out to all of your vendors to confirm their arrival time and point of contact for the day of

• On the day of your event, the Coordinator will also arrive with a fully stocked tool kit. The kit will be stocked with many items to assist in solving most obstacles that may pop up!

THE ROSE 

​

The Rose Package is our 'Partial Planning' package. This for the client that has booked their venue and a pretty good idea of what their wedding vision is but just needs a little extra help bringing their vision to life. 

​

Services include:

​

• Everything included in the “Lily” package

• K.E. will be your main contact between client and vendor 

• The Coordinator will follow up on all potential vendor meetings, and review final details and contracts.

• The Coordinator will attend first choice vendor meetings: photographer, videographer, DJ or Band, florist, rentals, cake / desserts, and caterer

• There will be a dedicated assistant to help coordinate family photos on the day of the event

• Based on a year-long engagement, the coordinator will provide a task and checklist timeline 

• K.E. will assist in developing the client’s budget sheet

• K.E. will help with design inspirations and ideas

THE DIAMOND 

​

The Diamond Package is our 'Full Service' package. Meaning we are there with you from start to finish. This client is now just engaged and needs help all the way through to the big day!

​

Services include:

​

• Everything included in the "Lily" and "Rose" packages. 

• Venue scouting & booking. This includes: the development of the budget , contract review, and negotiation for each potential venue

• The Coordinator will visit each potential venue with the client, and will advise and help guide the client

• Management of the budget, including budget document updates through the planning process

• K.E. will negotiate final details and contracts with all vendors that are included in the wedding budget

• The Coordinator will attend all vendor meetings for each potential vendor, as well as each meeting leading up to the wedding day for each booked vendor

• All RSVPs can be mailed directly to your coordinator who will then create and organize your guest list. There will be a form to be used for your seating assignments

• Design implementation for escort cards or board, programs, menus, table numbers, invitations, save the dates, etc. including any help in securing any DIY or unique design elements

• Confirmation of hotel accommodations for out of town guests and couple, including room blocks for all of your out of town guests 

• K.E. will provide assistance in booking the rehearsal dinner venue. Including; scouting for venues and receiving quotes from said venues

• For an additional fee: you may choose the option to add a budget, decor, set up and breakdown of the rehearsal dinner 

• For an additional fee: K.E. will help bring your day-after brunch to life as well
